Shipping and Pickup Policy in Store
Shipping Section:
We ship nationwide in less than 24 hours.
For shipments to Metropolitan Lima:
Shipments are made once the chosen payment method is confirmed, as soon as possible and according to the proximity of each customer to the nearest Authorized Distributor .
Shipping for purchases less than S/400:
Shipping will be coordinated with the nearest Authorized Distributor.
Shipping cost may vary from Free to S/10 depending on the distance of the shipping address.
Shipping for purchases from S/400:
Free shipping will be coordinated with the nearest Authorized Distributor.
For shipments to the Province:
Shipments are scheduled once payment confirmation is made via bank transfer or electronic wallet (Yape or Plin).
Shipments are made by order mode with the freight agent that the client prefers.
The transfer from our warehouse to the freight agency of your choice is free .
Shipping charges by the freight forwarder are assumed entirely by the customer.
Schedules for scheduling shipments:
Payment confirmation from 8:00AM - 4:00PM:
Same day shipping scheduling.
Payment confirmation from 4:00PM - 5:30PM:
Same day shipping scheduling, based on availability.
Payment confirmation from 5:30PM:
Shipping schedule for the next day, Starting at 9:00AM.
For pickup in Store:
Subject to payment method applied.
Each client's orders are ready in a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour.
For payments on delivery:
You must identify yourself, then payment must be made for the entire order and your proof of payment (Invoice/Boleta) will be generated. Subsequently, the order will be delivered.
For payments by bank transfer or Yape/Plin:
You must identify and show proof of your payment to proceed to generate your proof of payment (Invoice/Slip) and subsequently the order will be delivered.
